Visit visa applications, flight and hotel bookings, tour package arrangement, and travel insurance guidance.
3. Client Responsibilities and Obligations
- Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information, documents (including passports, academic records, and financial statements), and disclosures provided to Lexona Consultancy are true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of our Service and a full ban on refunds.
- Compliance: You agree to fully comply with all requests for information, appointments (e.g., visa interviews), and deadlines set by Lexona Consultancy and relevant government authorities.
- Fees: You agree to pay all applicable Service fees as outlined in your specific Service Agreement or invoice. Fees are non-refundable once significant work on the application has commenced, regardless of the application outcome (see Section 6).
4. Limitation of Service Guarantees

- No Guarantee of Outcome: Lexona Consultancy acts as a consultant and intermediary. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or university application. All decisions rest solely with the respective government authorities, educational institutions, or third-party providers.
- Processing Times: Any timelines provided for application processing (e.g., visa approval or tour booking) are estimates only and are subject to change without notice by the governing bodies. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User-provided documents), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lexona Consultancy and its licensors.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees are typically non-refundable.
- Service Fees: Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of the application process. No refunds will be issued once the application has been submitted to a governing body or if significant work (e.g., document compilation, letter drafting, or booking confirmation) has been completed.
- Travel Bookings: Refunds for flights, hotels, or tour packages are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective third-party provider (airline, hotel, insurer). We will facilitate the refund process but are not responsible for the provider's decision.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a breach of the Terms (especially if false information is discovered).
8. Governing Law
